Jay Barrett's Biography:

"I have been in law enforcement for 16 years. Currently, I am the Environmental Specialist for the Sheriff’s Office. I work closely with other environmental agencies to ensure that Athens County is kept clean and safe. I am also the President of the Trimble Township Sportsman Club and an avid hunter. I have three children and have been married for 21 years."
